20x10 And 20x11 Tires??

Hey guys I'm about to install some 20x10 and 20x11 + 35 wheels on my 03 gs300. I'm gonna space them out to get desired offset. My question is should I run 30 series tires or 35 series tires? I'm planning on running either a 255 for the front or a 245 and a 275/30 or 35 for the rear. I'm not looking to really slam the car, I do wanna tuck tire though and I'm thinking on 20's I should not have a issue.. My only question is 30 or 35 series tires.. Any help would be appreciated.
