Hi,

I am writing a review for varrstoen wheel's horrible customer service and their lack of responsibility to correct their mistakes. Here is the story: I ordered a set of ES7 through a vendor Ruben from unleashed wheels. The wheels were then shipped out by Varrstoen directly with the wrong fronts. They had me going back and forth between the vendor and Zach at Varrstoen asking me for multiple pictures before they issued a return label. Then when they shipped the new set, it was STILL the wrong size on one wheel. I since sold the wheels and since I didnt open them I didn't check the sizing of the actual wheel. I had the buyer contact varrstoen and they still needed to contact the vendor even though everything shipped from Varrstoen and THEY are the ones who messed up multiple times. Horrible customer service
