Default Replace 2 or 4 run flats at a time?

I have a 2009 IS 250 AWD. I have a slow leak in one of the back tires - have received a low tire alert 4 times in the last month and had to put air in the tire.

All 4 tires have about 32K miles on them. Do I need to replace all 4 run flats at the same time or can I just replace 2? If I replace 2, does it matter whether the new ones are put on the front or the back of an AWD vehicle?

Thanks in advance!

Generally on an AWD vehicle you would like the tread depth of the 2 tires you are buying to be within 2/32nds of an inch of the 2 worn tires you are keeping. So with 32K on them, I would assume you are pretty well worn and would most likely need 4 new tires.
