Question Wheels and offset

My brother just gave me a set of 17x7 with 235/45/17's. do i need any offset ring on the car to mount them on my sc4?

First 17x7 are to small for the SC they will look tiny. Secound if you already have the wheels why not just put them on to see if they fit?

rcchang,

17x7 will fit
235 tires will fit
Bolt Pattern?
Offset?
Hub?

You need to give more details if you want a better answer.

Also, 235 is a bit large for 7" rims.
