Default ES300 wheel stuff

hi everyone,

I like to swap my tires so I dont have to drive the ES when there is a lot of snow/ salt on the roads.

I will be using my DSM (eagle talon/ mitsu eclipses are called DSM's) because its older and its all wheel drive, and I dont care if its exposed to salt and elements, etc...

problem is it has 16" rims, and I have 2 sets of OEM 15" ES rims, and one set has new winter tires on it.

Now the bolt pattern on the eclipse is also 5*114.3, the same as our ES's, and their offset is 38->42 range. (It is preferred to go w/ 40 offset in the dsm crowd)

What is the offset on the ES rims? Will it be ok if I put the OEM ES rims on the other car considering the dsm can accept a range of 38->42 offset?

(I will take off the Lexus centre cap off first and its winter I dont care if people laugh seeing an eclipse w/ Lexus wheels, it has many 12 sec time slips in its name, so I will have the final laugh .. hehe .. )

The time you are taking to respond to my question is appreciated in advance

I don't see any problem with it. What are the exact tire sizes.

Hmm... Might look kind of funny, but if it works... go for it!
