Tire Brands on the 2013 ES350 & 300h?
I checked Tire Rack's website to see if it had the OEM tires listed, with ratings, for both the ES350 and the ES300h, but the new ES has not been added as an option yet.
Here's my problem; I will take delivery of an ES300h in about 2 weeks. Since I'm not a fan of the OEM wheels on the ESh, I included as part of the deal, a swap with the standard ES350 wheels. Both wheels and tires are the same size. I believe, but not positive, the exclusive tires on the ESh are Michelin Energy, but the ES350 has several different brands installed.
I assume the reason the Michelin Energy tires are installed on the ESh is to maximize fuel economy. If that' true, is there an estimate showing what that increase is, or is it so negligible, it's no more than the effect of increasing or decreasing tire pressure on any other tire?
Hope some of this makes sense.
