Default what 3mm spacer

What brand 3mm spacer keeps everything hubcentric? Do any 3mm spacers have a raised hub or are they all flat? That's all I need to clear my brakes and keep a clean stance.

3 mm should be short enough to let the wheel maintain the hub centric mounting... I even believe 5 mm will still allow it to be hub centric - its easy enough to find out - just measure how far out the hub center sticks out...
