depends on how ugly you want your SC to be 
I think 19"s are the perfect size... 20"s are a maybe
but I'm sure 21s would fit.. it'd look but nasty though in my opinion... maybe 22"s hahahaha

lol... lets just keep it at 19's. especially if mn stands for minnesota. cold weather means beat up roads which means not good to have barely any rubber on your rim. Unless hitting a twig and bending your rim is your style.
