Tire recommendations anyone?
I'm looking to replace the tires on my '08 GS350. I use the car for a daily dirver/comomuter and am curently running a set of Michelin Pilot Sport3's (245/40-18). The Michelins are on their last legs. Although they handled well, they were a bit too noisy for my taste whcih is to be expected for a ultra hi perf summer tire. They were expensive too. I'm looking at switching to ultra performance all- season tires and friends have recommended the Continential Extreme Contact DWS or the Bridgestorne Potenza RE970.
I'm at a loss here. Anyone have recommendations on either of these tires or other ones that may fit the bill? Please let me know or message me.
Thanks!

I have the Bridgestone Potenza RE970 on my IS and have been really impressed so far. I would say on a noise level they're pretty close with the Continental DWS, but steering response and wet traction are superior with the Bridgestone. If you are specifically looking at a "quiet" tire and handling is not a concern you should try a Grand Touring tire. But if you need performance and want to remain relatively quiet, I would do the Bridgestone.
