Default 19" work meisters

Just picked up a set of meister sp1 3 piece. 19x8 19x10s the clear is peeling off the rims so my question to you all is should i just get the clear coat polished off and clean the wheels every week, or reclear the rims again? Id hate to worry about getting them recleared all the time. Heres a quick camera phone pic. As you can see its pretty bad.

I would just get rid of the clear and have them fully reploshed. The polished lips on my Equips are very easy to take care of.
