I think that's just some generic wheel...definitely not the Rays A/X...the Rays in a multi-piece wheel...and the WinRacing wheel looks different (plus it's forged so it has slightly harder edges in the cutouts)...

It could very well be a OEM wheel in some other country...hold on, I'm going to check my UK catalogs...actually, here is the UK OEM 18" optional wheel...

Could be a JDM OEM optional...?

Hey Milk_man430, check out these 18" accessory wheels for the Lexus LS and GS from Japan. I just got a set of them for my GS.

There is a guy on eBay selling them but I'm not sure if he can ship to Saudi Arabia. Here is a link to search for his auctions. (For the moderators, this is not a direct link to a specific item so I think it should be ok.)

have you confirmed those to be actual Toyota OEM wheels? They don't say Toyota anywhere on it...

Yeah Blanco, I was going to take some pics and post them in the Photoshop forum so that somebody could make them look like they are mounted.

Steve Ganz confirmed for me that they are an "accessory" wheel offered in Japan which means that they are available as a dealer installed wheel. The color of those wheels match my stock 16" graphite wheels that came on my GS300 SportDesign.
