Question Need advice for most comfortable 18" tire

Hello guys,

I am about to go from 16" with Michelin Primacy up to an 18" wheel...

What would be my best bet on an 18" tire with the most comfortable ride? This car will NEVER see snow.. I live in Cali so weather is usually pretty decent.

I don't drive this car crazy at all so really at this point I want something "Quiet and Smooth" but I also don't want to break my wallet...

p.s. would love a nice warranty as well. I have a 2001 with 70k miles and I am actually driving a work truck every day now so they will even have less miles on them... So if I am lucky these could be last tires I buy.

The wheels are 18x7.5 if that matters. I was also thinking 235 50 18 for the tire or is that wrong? OH and the car is not lowered

Thanks a million any help is greatly appreciated

p.s. sorry if this is in 100 search posts I got frustrated and couldnt find what I was looking for.

MIchellins or Bridgestone Turanzas are good. If you want cheap, you can go with Toyo Versados

Size is good at 235/50R18. Given that size the Bridgestone Turanza Serenity would be a good choice.

If you are looking for a tire with a little more performance along with great ride I would recommend the Nitto Invo, they have a thread wear of 220.
