Yet another 3IS Winter Tire Question
Soo I just blew out and dented the stock wheels on my 3IS- guess that's the push I need to invest in aftermarket wheels...
I love the Verde Axis V99s but have seen a few conflicting things about sizes.
Firstly, I am looking to go to a square setup on my AWD 3IS. I've seen recommendations for a 19x8.5 +38 with 235/35/19 but have also seen suggestions for a 19x9.5 with 255/30/19
Unfortunately, there don't seem to be many (or really any) winter wheels available for these sizes. I'd be fine running all-seasons but am just a bit confused as to which tire size I need to run with my wheels. I've seen a few posts by @Sasnuke alluding to the +38 offset with a 255/30/19 being an ideal square setup?
The V99s are nice because they come in a variety of offsets including the +38 that seems well recommended by the community. Just wondering what wheel width (8.5 vs 9 vs 9.5) and what tire spec everyone recommends? Thanks in advance.
