Default Tire selection for 245/40/R19 and 275/35/R19 setup?

Hey guys...my first post here on Club Lexus! I have decided to go with a staggered 19" setup on my '98 GS400, and after looking over previous posts I would like to go with a 245/40/R19 and 275/35/R19 tire setup. However, I have had a hell of a time finding tires in these sizes, especially the 245/40/R19. Does anyone know what companies offer this tire size, and if they do offer it could you please give opinions on the tire itself? I dont know much at all about tire performance, and would like opinions on things like grip, noise level, tread life, etc if possible. Price is not too much of a concern, but I would like at least 15K-20K of tread life. Thanks in advance for the help!

welcome...that was one of my main concern when recommending those sizes to fellow cl guys who are looking for 19s...i did some research too, and have not yet find those sizes offered by decent tyre brands..let's see if others can contribute to this..

The only concern I have for going 245/40/19 in the front is the upper control arm. I had 245/40/18 with +44 offset on my GS4 before. The top of the tire sit just 1/2" below the bolt of the upper control arm. Now with 245/40/19 that is 1" taller than my setup, if your offset is > +42, you may need to shave the bolt of the upper control arm to fit the tires. If the offset is < +42, like the 20's I have now(+38), it shifts the tire outward and away from that bolt, then you can go any size of tires you want to.

If you look under the front fender, you'll know what I'm talking about
