Default help a tire noob

looking to get 19 8.5 F +15 and 19 9.5 R +15 im wanting a slight stretch nothing to extreme. can someone please provide some knowledge and pics if possible

What is the YMM of the Lexus...then we can get a better idea. Need to know what kind of height we're dealing with.

The sizes I would recommend are 225/35R19 Front and 255/35R19 Rear. However, giving that the sidewall is so much thinner than your original tires you will need to find a tire with a XL or RF designation (meaning extra load or reinforced) in order to meet the right weight requirements for your vehicle.
