I currently have a set of stock 17" chrome wheels on my leased GS300 which are being removed today and being that I drive my car on the smooth streets of NYC, they are chipped in several places. I'd like to put a set of stock 17" chrome wheels on my 2002 GS300 Sports Design. Since I already have a set, I'd like to use one of those wheel exchange services in order to exchange mine for a clean set. I have a few questions.

1) Has anybody used a wheel exchange service before and do they recommend it?
2) Do people recommend that I have my set re-chromed or should I do an exchange?
3) Does anybody have any recommendations for companies that do the wheel exchange that have the Lexus 17" chrome wheels?
4) If people recommend re-chroming my wheels, does anybody have any companies that they recommend?

I have seen these wheels on a few web sites for a decent price but I obviously don't need 2 sets. I supposed I could get a new set and sell the one I have now on eBay.
