I have a gs 400 and was wondering if 19 or 20's r better 4 my car.... tire size is a big issue I would like 35 serie's or bigger.... what is the deepest dish I can go on front and back without rubbing at all..... if any one has 19 or 20's please tell me tire size's(the hole measurement F&B) and post a pic so I can c what it would look like on either

what is your def of "better".....

tyres: 245/35/19+275/30/19
245/35/20+275/30/20..

20s will be a tad taller in overall diameter..

budget will play some role in the purchase....

lip depth, depends on these:

1. kind of breaks..big caliper will lessen the lip depth..
2. usually 19x8.5+9.5 or 20x8.5+9.5 will give you roughly same lip depth, depends on style, model and make of wheels....

heck there are 18s that have bigger lips than some 20s..

Honestly 19's are not much different than 20's and like Will said it will all come down to budget after that..
Road conditions you drive on will also play a factor in your decision too..

I went with 19's and they are perfect IMHO..
