That video should make you feel good about your Weds!

I'm going to disagree that "authentic wheels" are always quality. Without getting into specifics....I'll just say my personal opinion is that people should research the quality/customer service of any company they do business with (regardless of whether or not they think their wheels are "authentic" and regardless of where the bandwagon is going).

Just my two cents.

IMO - you have greater chance of getting a flat tire, car wreck, speeding ticket, etc... than cracking your rims "at normal/safe driving".

Having said that, the wheel test was done at high impact. So IMO, only the speed racers/drifters/unsafe drivers will most likely get into that situation.

Lastly, there are more OEM wheels on the road that are produced with the same quality as the reps. - maybe even more poorly. And I haven't heard anyone complaint about the safety of OEM wheels.

who's gonna hit their wheels like that?? but still i won't buy replica, not for safety reason tho, i just don't like the fact that something is not original that's it. my friend has some fake volk ce's on his car for 5 years, no problem at all.

That video has a good point... but what kind of condition are you going to be in where something comes in contact at the SIDE of the wheel. If i were to track and all that good stuff i'll be the real deal, but if i am just DD i do not mind reps.
