Heard of all of them except Fullway.
As far as stretch, I have no idea experience on the matter. A friend of mine had a set of Nankangs and they drove fine wtih no issues, that is if all you're are looking for is a set of tires to roll on. Performance? You'll need something else.

Very good with stretch, and popular with drifting crowd for its cost effective performance.
Here is a sample of my wheel to kinda show you how much stretch on 18x10 wheels with 235/40-18 tires:
yes, sidewall is rubbed off lol

I'm running Nankang's NS2 on my daily, 235/40/18 on 18x9, I got them because of price and treadwear of 400. They got a little loud over time but not too bad, these aren't performance tires by any means and most I've done was maybe 90mph. Last set of snow we had they were pretty good and I have no issues in the rain.

The only issue I have with Nankang is that 215/35/19's and 225/35/19's don't have an XL load rating which is pretty important to me on front wheels. As we know most Lexus vehicles are pretty heavy, and stretching a 215 tire on a 9"+ wheel with out an XL reinforced tire is a little risky IMO for daily driving. I'm sure many people have done it, but I don't want to be on the side of the highway someday putting on a spare because of a tire choice. Achillis and Hankook both run XL ratings for 215's and 225's. Achillis have a 400 treadwear too. Not sure about their reliability just yet. I've seen a few people run them on VSC.

i sell alot of tires and i have been using alot of achilles lately, seem to be a pretty decent tire, good life, wears fairly good (for cheap tires) and can stretch the hell out of them...
