Default Tire maximum load question

Hey guys I just picked up an LS460. I am going to do a set of Vossen VVS082's. I keep seeing that many owners are using a 245/30/22 in the front. My question is that when I was using a 245/30/20 it wasnt rated high enough to hold the weight of my GS. So is it safe to assume that a 245/30/22 will not have the rating to hold the heavier weight of my LS460. I am thinking of doing a 255/30/22 and 295/25/22 as opposed to the common 245/30/22 and 285/25/22. Any suggestions??

The amount of weight a tire carries is directly related to it's size. A tire on that car would need to carry 1300lbs per tire minimum.

whats the load rating on those tires? and whats the load rating on your OE tires?

if its the same or higher its ok... if it lower like many of the stretch guys then be careful.
