It's not a knockoff. Those are LD1's with a "spinner" attached to it (I saw these at the LA Autoshow). You can buy the spinner ($1800 for 20's) and attach them to almost any wheel on the market to get the "spinning wheel" look. Pretty wack IMO!

Damn LH, it's all about profits. It's not like we didn't know they are after the bling crowd anyway (chrome br5's and ld1's all over) I like chrome wheels myself (loved chrome since my first chrome freestyle bike at like 7) But the spinning wheels have to go. I am really digging the new bersaglio wheel but it only comes in 19", which with a slightly larger tire may be nice but these new LH's come in 20" so....

When the car stops, the chrome keeps spinning.
My person take is... For the price of most Lowenharts, you can buy US custom wheels. I don't understand Lowenhart's allure. Maybe if I sell more of them, I'll get it.

Well the LH's have a real appeal to those who like a flashy chrome wheel(they also look kicka$$ in silver with a polished lip) I agree the prices are very high, right up there with a custom fit wheel like HRE. I seen the first dish style HRE wheel and I was excited, I am looking forward to seeing more designs aside from a mesh, star and split star styles. I truly appreciate the quality of their wheel so I hope there is more around the corner. HRE is a big topic on here, who else is in the states who does top quality custom wheels?

Uh, those Lowenharts are just a standard set of LD1's with a spinner attachment...check out the other wheels they have on Superbuytires...they have the exact same spinner...I heard these were comming out when the Davin's were released...dunno who makes this particular one..
As for superbuytires...boy, do sell some UGLY *** CRAP...I mean they sell some decent wheels, but 99.99% of their stuff is just pure GARBAGE....I can't believe people actually buy some of those wheels...
Being different isn't necessarily good.

People do buy them, I never thought I would see those 26" LOOK wheels they had on the homepage, sure as shiet I did, some **** spent like 8 weeks pay, sold his food stamps for half in cash and sold his stock wheels on ebay to get them.
