Unhappy wheels are some kinda centric

I have a set of 20" arelli spegia's on my 99 lexus gs 400, and they are hubcentirc i believe, i had them balance and rotated and all that jazz, and then i added the rings also. my ride was improved greatly, but i still have some wobble at or around 60mph. Anyone recommend rotor swaps? could my rotors be the cause of my problems. in my small town there is not a single hunter 9700 machine you all speak of. i am tryin to locate one. bryan

Definitely locate the hunter balancer...made a huge difference even with brand new wheels and tires.
