for the following spec:

19 x 8.5 front with 245/35/19
19 x 9.5 rear with 275/30/19

rims are volkracing av3 and the tires are yoko av sport. what would be a good price for new set? how about used, say 1 yr old like-new rims with 80-90% tires treads?
