Whats up everyone, One of my Symbolic SL15's are leaking from the valve stem seal. Where in the world can I get a new stem? Are theses stems fixable? If so, do do they sell rubber washers? I hit it with some soap water and the leak was apparent. I believe Symbolic wheels are owned by asanti, anyone know if there valves are interchangeable?
When mine were leaking I too had a hard time finding anyone selling the right angle valve stems, so I bought regular chrome valve stems for the rubber gasket and rebuilt the original right angle ones.

They are available, but, as CK6 said, it may be a hard time to find... What we used to do was exactly as CK6 mentioned, purchase the normal metal chrome valves, and rob the grommets off of them...
Keep in mind, you will need a tire changing machine to do this... the tire will have to be dismounted in order to get at the valve (well, for the most part, an experienced tech might be able to do it without taking the tire off, but its easier to do it with the tire off)
Thanks everyone....I may of gotten lucky, The tire shop said the stem was loose and needed to be tightened. Hopefully it holds air. They also said the asanti valve stems are interchangable with them.
