Racing Hart and Forgeline are two different classes of wheels. Forgeline and Racing Hart have zero to do with each other. Both are good wheels, but Forgeline is in with the HRE/Kinesis/Fikse class (probably the most race inspiried of the four) while Racing Hart is close to Volk/Blitz.
