Default Another wheel repair question.

I bought some used 19in Lowenharts , I put them on my car after having them balanced again. When I reach speeds of 60-75 my sterring wheel shakes a little bit. I have looked at both front wheels and there is no visble bends or anythign? Anyone have any idea what it could be? Should I jsut take it to a rim repair shop to let them look at it?
