I had them on my '02 ES300. Liked them alot.

i put them on after stock Bridgestone.
Softer, better ride. Dont expect too many miles out of them though.
But the price is good. Search on tirerack for more reviews.

Its rated for about 40k miles. How many miles should you expect from them if you inflate them properly and rotate them when you are supposed to?

Was there alot of road noise with these tires?

I currently have them on my LS. They came on the car when i purchased it last year. Personnaly, i do not care for the noise they produce while driving. As quiet as the the LS is, these tires push a lot of noise thru to the interior. They are also quite harsh for this kinda car. The ride is stiff. As far as performance goes, i really cant say anything bad about them. They got me thru one of the worst winters in DC and really are durable. Wet traction is good and dry traction is excellent. Replacing them with the Continential DWS in maybe 3 weeks as they are worn now. Not sure what car and size youre goin to use but in my usage, i would rate them a C-.
