Questions before buying, Work wheels
I bend one of my 17 in stock rims. Don?t ask me how? I have no idea, may be hit pothole and don?t remember. I will have to buy a Work wheels really soon, I plan on staying on 17x8.
Stock wheels are quite strong and solid but I bend it anyway.
My concerns are:
How strong the Work wheels are compare to stock 17?
3 piece wheel? Does it mean that it is made of three separate pieces? Which should be less stronger than one piece, I guess.
Is it possible to repair bend Work wheel?
My l-tuned suspension is much harder than stock now, it introduces even more challenges for bending a wheel.
Please advise before I bend the wheel money

One piece cast wheels are much stronger than 3-piece wheels. If you try to replace any piece of a 3-piece WORK wheel, you'll look at spending an arm and legs. And you have to import the pieces from Japan
But any bent rim is fixable. Even your 17" stock. "Wheel of America" can fix them for you in just one day and cost you $120 a piece
