There's just something about $30 "rims" from Walmart that ya gotta love. NOT lol That's the MAIN reason that I wouldn't get chrome rims: alot of those little crappy economy cars put the chrome walmart "rims" on them, so kinda messes up the look/idea of chrome rims.

I need a digital camera
If I had a digital camera I would have the pic that beats this one. 2000ish Mustang V6 with hubcaps, chromed but wait it gets better...sporting the new 7 bolt wheel pattern.

Hehehe...7 Bolt eh? Wow, that's a first!
Yeah, one of the reasons why I hate chrome is that EVERY low end POS car owner thinks they'll be "pimpin'" with chrome wheel...doesn't matter if it's 13" PepBoys brand wheels...
To me, chrome just represents "fake" wealth...since ANYTHING can be had in chrome now a days...and most POS rim manufactures make their wheels in chrome (since it's really not that expensive of a process)...plus it can hide a lot of machining flaws...
Plus chrome is just there to "get attention"...it also hides the actual design of the wheel....the whole "bling bling" ghetto mentality is just to get attention...to say "look at me, I'm rich" (when in 99.99% of the cases, they're not!)....dunno, I don't have that sort of insecurity...I don't give a damn if some "average" Joe doesn't notice my car....I'd rather have it that way. I'd rather get compliments from people that really know their *****...impressing the "average Joe" isn't that hard...slap some large chrome ANYTHING on any car that cost more than $30K and they're impressed...BFD...anyone can do that.

Yes, wheels should COMPLIMENT the aesthetics of your ride, not completely overrun it...chrome wheels tend to "overrun" the look of the car...all you see are big chrome wheels when the car drives by...like I said, ANY POS wheel that's chromed can give you that...
