NO ! ! !
I just tried to fit my factory 17" spare on my RMM brakes. The wheel hit the caliper before I could even see the studs poke through the holes ! I don't think a spacer will work unless it is an inch thick and then I 'd worry about the tire rubbing the fender.
If you've got the same width wheels F & R and you experience a flat tire in the front, you can just put the spare in the rear and swap it with the front.
If you have staggered wheel widths like 19 x 10 rears, you're scr$wed.
Can someone verify if a stock wheel from a Supra TT has the correct offset for the GS? Also, what type of spare comes on the TT, is it a steel wheel or alloy?
I'll be searching the junkyards next weekend unless anyone has a better idea.
PS - My 17" 5 spoke spare has zero miles on it and I'll bet others have this situation too. If 4 of us can get together, maybe we can do a "Group Sell" and find a home for our spares on E-bay and split the proceeds 4 ways.

I thought ahead
well not in regards to the TT brake upgrade, but when I upgraded my rims I ordered 5 so that I had an extra just in case...lucky thing too because they discontinued my wheels. In With a matching spare, even in a staggered setup you'd be okay (temporarily).
