~Black rivets into GOLD rivets...~

I notice the rivets around the lip were black but they used to be gold.. Is there anyway to strip the paint without damage the gold liek rust? Im gonna redo the rims again and what chemical to remove the black into gold???..

Ignore the fender lol.. I gotta look for a body shop to repair 4 fenders.. OUCH!!!
