Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric
I reviewed tire comparisons, and the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 seems to be one of the best options for the Lexus IS 350. Other top performers were the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3, Yokahama, and Bridgestone.
The Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric seems even better than the F1 GS-D3, which would make it the best choice (ON PAPER). The F1 Asymmetric is top-notch on dry pavement, very good on wet pavement (not my top priority), has excellent grip and responsiveness, and very good ride quality with low noise. Reviewers comment about the noise and hardness of the Pilot Sport PS2 tires.
Does anyone have experience with the Goodyear F1 Asymmetric tires? Informed opinions are welcome also.
Thanks, Jim

I had F1 GS-D3's on a ford focus a few years back. Excellent handling and responsivness. However you will replace this quite faster than any other tire you will probably own. I went through a whole set in a single summer. These same tires came stock on the C5 corvettes and my father who owns the car replaced with KDW's and won't go back.
