Default tires that improve mpg??

Hey All,

Are there really any tires out there that actually improve MPGs? I drive about 120 miles a day and any improvement in mileage would be really good!!

I heard michellins give you better is that true>????

anyone?

At least Goodyear, Michelin and Bridgestone have tires that are specifically fuel efficient... They are typically in small car touring sizes though... I don't believe there are any that would fit any Lexus... I'll check later, on my way out the door for work right now...

Yes, keep in mind this is not guaranteed and it is hard to gauge exactly what the fuel savings will be if any. They are called "low rolling resistance" tires. If you give me a size I can see if there are any made in your size.

Do these perform badly in rain? How are they for just DD? Handling, etc....

I drive a lot but don't want "MPG" tires if they are no good, but that could be asking too much for saving a few hundred bucks in the long run
