Guys,

When you measure a wheel, do you measure from the outer lip of the face to the inner lip on the inside of the wheel? Or where do you measure? It usually says on wheels what the size is, but the only thing this says is 60 1/2 and also says 79.5

Anyway, here is a pic of the measurement. This is from the outside of the face of the wheel... So is it a 7, 7.5, 8 or 8.5?

inner lip to inner lip, with the tire removed....

that is either a 7.5 or 8" wide wheel...
