Default Considering 2 18" Lowenhart BR5s

I haven't fuly decided on doing this yet; this is just a preliminary feasibility study.

Who knows where I can get just 2 18" Lowenhart BR5s / polished? I don't know my current offset yet.

Is it going to be next to impossible to find just 2?

Any hookups, or quality shops or people to recommend, let me know here or by PM.

Thanks

Dudes, I've got 18s up front currently.

I've checked w/ Dennis - he's hunting.

Does my butt look jacked up to you? This image is not photoshopped.

The purely side profiles shots don't convey the look, but from this angle, it looks a little jacked up to me.

Okay I know performance is top on your list. But if I were you I'd put the 19's up front and buy DUBZ for the rear. No matter what you do your always wana go faster. Your LSD should have taken care of that gearing problem right?

Nah - would require 2 new tires for teh fronts, then 2 new rims, then 2 more new tire for the 2 new rims out back, and, I'd be much heavier.

Not really a gearing problem; the rear 19s are still relatively heavy. Hypothetically, even if there were taller gears out there, you'd still have the same weight to twist on a larger diameter wheel. The gears help, yes, but they don't lighten the load.

Sell all 4 and get these 19" Dronell M-10's. They weigh 18 pounds each.

I'll sell them to you. Make me an offer.

Those Dronells are OK; they remind me too much of M3 or M5 wheels; which is OK too, but I don't want my Lexus looking like another manufacturer's car.

EDIT: Ahh shoot; I probably won't sell all 4 of them; they look too good.

No luck on tracking down polished ones in the states yet. This may be one of those ominous "3 month special order" applications. Isn't importing fun?

HOWEVER, STAY TUNED! Probable Lowenhart sale on Monday
