Sure.

I weighed them (just the rims w/out the tires), and I actually got 16lbs for the 16x7.5in. stock rims. I don't know if that's right, sounds fishy, maybe my scale is broken or something, because I was expecting something more along the lines of 20lbs at least for the stock chromes.

i weighed them once. i think its 18lbs or 22, one was the tire and the other was the wheel 16's. I can't remember which one was which. I think the tire was 22.

I was trying to compare that to my new 19's at 26lbs with a 28 lbs tire for differences in braking distance with the increase wheel weight.

Default weren't there different kinds?

Ummm... aren't there different kinds of 16inchers that the GS was sold with?

I know I've seen those 6 spoke stock, and mine are the 5 spoke stock (not the same design as the 17in ones), so I'm assuming the design of the rim also affects the amount of weight. So maybe that's why people are getting different weight figures? Because I'm pretty sure mine weighed in at 16lbs without the tire, which shocked me a bit because that means they're lighter than my 18in Yokohamas at 19lbs. But then again, you have to consider the tire/weight combination, and the 18in should be lighter, right?

Not always.

But my stock 16 inch "platnium series" wheels are REALLY light I was actually surprised. With tires they don't seem all that light but without they are really light.
