I think your front might rub...it's a close call...the rear is fine...but know that you're running undersized tires and you're wheels/tires will have a rounded or "angled" sidewalls...some people like this look (because it gives maximum lip) but some don't...

On the rear wheel, you MIGHT be able to fit a 285...MAYBE...

With a 19x10"+43 w/275 tire using Eibachs(same spring I use) you would be fine. But, using 20x10"+43 you better cross your fingers. If it clears it will be by 1-2mm's tops.
As Manaray said, a 275 isnt optimal for 10" width though, and 20x10" +43 w/285 tire will most likely rub. If 20" is the ticket for you, the tried and true is 20x8.5"F and 20x9.5"R.......

+37 on a 20x9 is perfect- any more inboard, the 20" tire may rub the suspension upright. Guys who have run 255/35zr20 have typically had to gring the bolt just above the front tire (ball-joint bolt, connects the upright to the upper control arm).

Be sure to post pics!

SoCal, won't a 255 on a 9" +37 rub the outer lip of the fender? Or are you talking about running a 245?

very informative

how about:

19x9 +39, 19x10 +39

or 19x9 +43, 19x10 +43

which one would be ideal with 245/275....1.38" drop F and 1.18" drop R? or would 285 R rub at all?

thanks guys
