Default Mismatched tire sizes ok or not?

A bit of an odd question here, what would be the negatives (if any) of runnung 245/40/18 front and 245/45/18 rear on a FWD car? I won't bore you with why anyone would do this, suffice to say it's a cost saving measure. Thanks for any input.
