Cool f-sport 19's..tire suggestions

I am purchasing my f-sport 19's for my IS in a week or so and needed suggestions on tires as i am not knowledgeable in the category yett..just looking for best bang for the buck tires, probably a summer/sport tire that can also handle all this BS rain in the northeast prob. run them from march-october each year. I was really looking towards bridgestone potenza's (unsure of size), michelin PS2's (size?)..maybe even falken or pirelli. really need help on this one..rims are 8 inch front, 9 inch rear. i'm on sport springs and as i noted they are 19's..

I can tell you one thing is that Bridgestone Potenza RE050a SUCK!! They only last about 10k miles and they are noisy.

Weird, I have over 10k on mine, they are perfectly quiet and still have 7/32's tread depth remaining... (thats more than 50% of the usable tread remaining)

I believe Lexus recommends, 225/35/19 and 255/35/19. I just got BFGoodrich KDW2s and although they are noisy, they perform awesome and look even better.
