Default Replacing tires

I got a flat tire today on my Dunlop SP 2030 and was wondering what I should do in regards of changing out my tire. The tire guy at the shop told me that I had about 4-6k miles left on all my tires. At this time, do you think I should replace all tires or just buy a pair? If I just buy a pair, do they have to be the same brand?

I am considering the original Dunlop SP, Yokohama Advans4, or the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus. I was leaning towards the Michelin, will these work if I just buy a pair? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

I forgot to add that I own a 07 GS350 RWD if that makes any difference.
