Better then door jam, RTFM. It'll have the same info, as well as you guessed it, instructions on how to use your car.
But also,
At least on my lexii there's an extra blurb similar to: if you intend to drive over 100mph for extended periods then add 8psi for tire typeA, or 6psi for tire typeB.
Thus, I figure since I'll be consistently driving 80mph or so, I'll add 4psi to account for the above (will give you stiffer handling (rougher ride), and also reduce tire heat)
If you're not one who checks your tires often, you may want to overinflate a little (just 1-3psi) to compensate for your lack of attention when the tire lose a little air over the months, so you won't immediately be underinflated.
