Default Lowering with shocks/springs vs just springs.

I was wondering what the main difference in "feel" and I guess wear and tear lowering a GS with say Tein HA's (shocks + springs) vs just lowering a GS with say Eibachs.

I know definitely there is a performance difference between a $1500 job (shocks + springs) and a $500 job (just springs) but well, for daily driving and the economy the way it is, $1K is kind of a lot of money .

I'd appreciate the input thanks!

Don't even think about just replacing the lower springs. The shorter springs and higher spring rate will wear out the stock shocks in 3 months. After that you car just sits on springs w/o any damping force. You car will fly around after hitting a little bump on high speed.

That's the $1000 difference.
