Default Considering Drilled/Slotted Rotors for the Civic.

No...its not specifically for performance, I just have an open wheel design and I love the look of drilled/slotted rotors. Here are the ones I am considering.

They are a little on the cheap side but come with a lifetime warranty. The rotors I have on the civic now are **** because of the road salt up here, combined with who knows what. they are slightly warped but beyond that, i cant have them turned because they are beyond spec. the OEM rotors are $89 a piece from honda, and they arent drilled/slotted. Anyone know of this company and the silver-zinc coating on these rotors? Will they still rust?

I am not willing to go all out for a BBK, I just want to spice up my car a little more.

ive never really trusted zinc coated... for some odd reason they end up rusting.

thats why i say.. Paint em with high temp paint around the hub and the vents.

just a word of advice: drilled and slotted rotors tend to warp alot easier! good luck in your decision!

I just placed my order today. I will be sure to take pix of the install. We arent hard drivers, so they should last a good long time, but even if they dont, Lifetime warranty baby!
