Default AWD tire and wheel choice

I know it has been discussed many times, but I still want to double check. My car is IS250 AWD, I'm wondering can I put 18x8.5 rear and 18x8 front? would it be any issue? or I should go with 18x8 or 18x8.5 all round? Another question is that most websites suggest 225/40/18 for my car, can I run 220/45/18 or any other sizes?

no such thing as 220/45-18, but 225/45-18 will work, although might be a little tall...

nothing wrong with 18x8 and 18x8.5, however, you need to keep the same tire size, brand, tread design, etc. on all 4 corners to maintain the same diameter...
