at first i was gonna say that you could buy my used 3 pc lowenhart ld1 chrome with aggressive offset 20x 10 rear and 20x 8.5 front with almost new tires but then i saw that your price range and sorta laughed... this is why i am selling my car, or attempting to at least. i'll sell you the front 2 or rear 2 for that price... what do ya say? each one originally cost more than your whole price range and that was without rubber. no offense, i still gots mad love for my hommies down in va.

Default i got your back

i've got some wheels that kick your budget in the ***! Although you need tires for the fronts, but still. I've got a set of XXR model 006 for sale. 20x10 rear with a +35 offset, and 20x8.5 fronts with a +35 offset. if your car is really low, they will rub, so it just depends on that. I'm trying to get only 600 for the set, with good rear tires. So, all you'll really need is front rubbers, which i'm sure you can get and still be within your bodget. Let me know, i've posted them in the classifieds here, the title is "rims, rims, and more rims" i think.

thanks

Hit up D2, one of our vendors, they have a great selection of moderately priced good quality wheels.
