Question Exhaust air jack

Has anyone used a type of inflatable car jack powered by the exhaust air?

The idea seems very cool, as you can lift the car much easier, on unstable soil, and both wheels at a time (putting on snow chains becomes a piece of cake).

Here's a Youtube video, and here are two links to this kind of jack: Offroaders.com and OhGizmo.com.

The thing only costs ~$100 and I'm thinking about getting one. However, my questions are:
  1. won't the pressure from the jack damage the engine?
  2. won't carbon monoxide or other nasty gases be released in the cabin?
Thanks,
Vlexus

not sure how well they work, but neither of your concerns should be an issue so long as the exhaust system of the vehicle is without holes or leaks...

I don't mean to pick on people's writing style, but this one kinda grates my grammar neurons Anwyay, if you click the Offroader.com link in my first post, it describes a heavy-duty storage bag, in which you store the jack, obviously deflated and without gases.
