Default Wheel balancing/weights question for the experts
Are these wheel weights "permanent" or should they be removed during the next balancing?

they can be "pried" out. when you change your tires next time (or for whatever reason need balancing), if those weights are not needed anymore, then they should be removed

Nope not permanent most are adhesive, they will probably move position on the wheel if you change the tire.
