I know for a fact that it's got something to do with my current wheel/tire, because when I had my winter wheels on, no vibration was present.
Do you think it's balance issue? or bent wheel? The vibration only happens in low speed between 10-15 mph.

I would check your tire pressure, I have seen some low speed shake in the steering wheel as a result of a low tire in my customers cars. Then make sure the wheels are properly torqued, that is the school of hard knocks (I have 19 people working for me in my shop). That is why I'm scared to death all the time.

If this is a balancing issue, shouldn't the vib be present at higher speed?
BTW, i'm running on 18s.
