Default Mixed-set tires

I need some opinions.
I have quite a bit of rubbing with my 245-35-20 front tires. I'm gonna either change out the springs or buy new, lower profile tires....or both.
My question is, can I have 2 different brands of tires without causing harm to tranny or differential or the cars' electronic systems? The brand of tires on the car don't come in 245-30-20 but I hate having to buy all four when these are so new. I wanna try keeping the rear Bridgestones. Put Contisportcontact 3 on the front.
Is that okay?

That means I can't get the Conti3, they are ultra high performance and the Bridgestone's are high performance all-season. That has to be diff speed ratings.
I think I'm just gonna get some Tein CS and that will solve my problem.

yup... so long as you keep tires matched per axle you are good... UNLESS you have an AWD car... then you have issues...
