Thumbs down Ichiba Spacers - not impressed...

Well, I was trying to install my Ichiba 10mm spacers today and it didn't go so well. I was turning each lug nut one turn at a time so I could keep the spacer pulled in uniformly. Apparently it didn't matter... About half way through I heard a crack and

Now I'm pi$$ed

I bought them from a seller on ebay so am curious as to what he is prepared to do to make amends. I wonder if these come with warranties??

Does anyone know any other company that makes a 10mm??

Thanks,
Jonny

Not your fault, the center bore on the spacer is too small to fit over
the hub. Would the larger hub on the spacer actually fit inside your rim?
Looks really big in the pic.

So were these supposed to be hub-centric for the SC?
What's the SC center bore?
Was the box labeled accordingly?

Yes
60.1mm
Yes.

I am hoping I just got a bad one as the other one went on without a problem

I thought it was 60, but wasn't sure ... still trying to get all the Lexus/Toyota info down in comparison to the Infiniti/Nissan info .

I agree this seems rather confusing, I hope it was simply a bad or mis-packaged one.

Good luck.

I'm sorry but you don't know if he ordered the wrong size... So technically it is his fault...

Use about 5-6 washers next time.

Kics don't come with a hubcentric ring which you gotta buy (which is no problem).

And they come with the studs attached (no extended studs to replace) which you have to make sure you have room behind your wheels to fit.
